10,800 square foot, single-storey office facility with a basement. This structure is designed to enhance the natural beauty and accessibility of the adjacent river and forest. The roof’s slender profile elegantly floats above the columns, allowing an abundance of natural light to permeate the interior.
Our services included comprehensive review of shop drawings and thorough construction oversight. The north end of the building features a cantilevered design, bringing the office space closer to nature and fostering an intimate connection with the nearby nature preserve. The design prioritizes a clear, open structure with ample light, creating a serene and inspiring workspace.
