Our Feasibility study included:
- The 5th floor roof to act as a new roof for the Ontario Building Code required floor loads,
- Preliminary framing plans for approval by the architect for the new 6th floor and 7th floor scheme
- The existing vertical elements, columns and walls, to carry the load of the proposed overbuild,
- A preliminary review of the existing lateral system
Structural design and contract administration services were also provided for the final design of the overbuild.
