Jim brings more than 35 years of engineering experience to the Building Advisory Group, where he leads the Building Condition Assessments (BCA) team and helps property owners and building managers make informed decisions about the long-term performance, maintenance, and renewal of their buildings. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership, technical expertise, and proven track record of delivering high-quality reports.
