Conducting a property condition assessment for Bankers Hall situated at 855 2nd St. SW in Calgary, Alberta, involved an examination of the entire complex, encompassing various structures. As specialists in Structural, Building Envelope, and Roofing, we assessed the following components:
- Bankers Hall: (East Tower, West Tower, Hollinsworth Building, Retail Podium, +15 to Core, +15 to Gulf Canada, and Underground Parking)
- Royal Bank Building: (Royal Bank Building, West Parkade, and Bridge to West Parkade)
- Bankers Court: (Bankers Court, +15 to Bankers Court, and Underground Parking)
Our comprehensive approach involved a thorough review of construction documents and reports, visual inspections to document existing conditions, and interviews with property management and maintenance personnel. A detailed report summarizing our findings and prioritizing recommended actions over a 10-year evaluation period was completed.
