9,300 square foot, single-storey, steel-framed office facility designed for single or multiple tenants. Currently occupied by a single credit union tenant, the building emphasizes structural efficiency and highlights the adjacent river and forest. Located at 7725 Kennedy Road South, this LEED-standard office development spans approximately 2 acres, perched on the edge of the Etobicoke Creek and overlooking the Brampton Sports Park.
Our services included contract documents and contract administration. The design allows for unparalleled natural light and features two outdoor amenity spaces. The property also commemorates the historic Graham Farmhouse with a heritage feature using stone from the old house, integrated into the City’s public Sam Rayson Valley Trail system.
