We completed a Building Condition Assessment of a prominent mixed-use commercial and institutional complex in Surrey City Centre, one of Surrey’s best-known urban nodes, right by Surrey Central SkyTrain station and the bus loop.

The project involved a comprehensive evaluation of all building systems and components to develop a clear understanding of current conditions, operational performance, and future renewal considerations.
