Queens University’s significant redevelopment of Duncan McArthur Hall is located on its West Campus.
The project will see a substantial addition to the building, and provide increased classroom, research, study, administration, and social spaces for both the Faculty of Education and elements of the Faculty of Heath Sciences.
The expansion and redevelopment of Duncan McArthur Hall was a multi-phased project consisting of 3 stages that included a Feasibility Study, Schematic Design Development and Contract Documents Administration.
Our scope of work required us to assist in a 5-storey office tower addition and provide alternate designs with the use of value engineering methods.
