Engineering Link was retained by Manor Crest Management Ltd. on behalf of Condominium No. 861 to perform a comprehensive reserve fund study.
Condominium No. 861, constructed circa. 1982, is a residential condominium located on the southwest corner of Eglinton Avenue and Elmsthorpe Avenue, consisting of 15 units and 5 storeys, with one level of underground parking garage. The follow building components were assessed:
