Structural design and contract administration services for a series of Longo’s Grocery Store projects across Ontario, ranging from new ground-up builds to complex retail conversions and tenant fit-outs. Our role covers full structural support for base building, major renovations, and interior fit-outs, including foundations, floor and roof framing, equipment support, and structural modifications for new loading, openings, and services.

Across these projects, our team works closely with Longo’s, the architect, and the construction team to deliver efficient, repeatable structural solutions that support Longo’s brand and grocery program while responding to site-specific conditions, aggressive construction schedules, and the operational requirements of an active retail environment.
