Property Condition Assessments of 55 buildings located in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic and Western Provinces.

Engineering Link is the Prime Consultant and Project Manager. We have assembled a Best-in-Class team of professional firms each specializing in a specific building system component. Our Property Condition Assessments include the review of:

  • Building Envelope and Roofing, Site Pavements/Parking Garage, Building Structure
  • Interiors, Function/Code Compliance, and Passive Fire Protection/Life Safety Systems
  • Vertical Transportation Systems
  • Mechanical & Electrical Systems.

In addition, we are completing assessments of NWH’s Ontario portfolio of 26 buildings to determine AODA compliance.
