The Oddfellows Hall, located at 100 6th Street SW, underwent a roof assessment due to recurring water leakage. Primarily used for residential purposes, the building had previously been evaluated, with findings suggesting that the main roof was nearing the end of its typical lifespan and should be replaced within two to three years.
Engineering Link conducted a thorough roof assessment, which included reviewing relevant documents, performing a visual inspection, and preparing a detailed report.
Exploratory openings were made to evaluate the condition of the roof membrane assembly, determine whether repairs or a full replacement were required, and provide budgetary estimates for replacement costs.
