We completed a Building Condition Assessment of a multi-building commercial office complex in downtown Ottawa. With about 1.2 million square feet, Place de Ville is a strong example of a late-modern corporate architecture with clear Miesian influence.  

The project included a thorough assessment of all building systems and components to establish a clear picture of existing conditions, operational performance, and future renewal needs.
