The SODO Residences, located at 620 10th Avenue SW in Calgary, encompass two 33-story towers in a mixed-use development with residential units and commercial spaces. The total area of the SODO Residences is approximately 56,000 square meters, which includes over 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. These amenities feature a fitness center, a lounge, a chef’s kitchen, and more. The project also includes ground-floor retail spaces and parking.
