We completed a Building Condition Assessment of this prominent office tower in downtown Toronto. Its exterior uses horizontal sunshades on the south and west façades, while the interior emphasizes open plans and abundant natural light.
The project included a thorough assessment of all building systems and components to establish a clear picture of existing conditions, operational performance, and future renewal needs.
