We completed a building condition assessment of this prestigious mixed-use hospitality and residential tower in downtown Toronto. It’s tall, slender massing, polished façade, and premium interiors give it a strong, but understated presence on the Toronto skyline.
The project included a detailed evaluation of all systems and components within the building to clarify existing conditions, performance outcomes, and future renewal planning.
