Structural design of two new industrial buildings in the GTA.
Total square footage of 383,324 sf, with a bay size of 50’ x 56’ and a clearance to underside of structure of 40’.
Building is clad with metal siding on three sides, and pre-cast on the fourth side, the load dock bay side.
Tenant requirements will be within our scope, once the tenant is secured.
