Structural engineering services to support TD Bank’s national ATM replacement program, impacting up to 1,300
branches across Canada over an approximately 18-month rollout. Working with BGIS and Gensler, our team helps
ensure that each new ATM can be safely accommodated by the existing building structure while meeting TD’s
aggressive schedule and budget objectives.
For each site, Engineering Link completed a preliminary evaluation based on contractor-supplied information and
available base-building drawings, then tailors the level of review to the existing conditions, from streamlined load
checks to detailed, site-specific structural assessments where required. Where in-person review is necessary, our
engineers travel to site, document the as-built structure, and confirm its capacity to support the replacement
ATM.
