Structural Design and Contract Administration services for a new 4,600 sf, 1-storey TD retail branch located in Weston Village. The construction is on convention strip and spread footings.
Successful completion of this project to meet targeted time frames required strict adherence to TD’s new design process. The branch features New Smart ATMs and a lounge area. This facility’s environmental building standard is LEED Gold.
