We completed a Building Condition Assessment of this landmark multi-tower commercial office complex in downtown Toronto’s Financial District. It is best known for its Mies van der Rohe’s International Style design.
The project included a thorough assessment of all building systems and components to establish a clear picture of existing conditions, operational performance, and future renewal needs.
