We completed a building condition assessment of this landmark retail shopping centre located in the heart of downtown Toronto. With about 1.72 million square feet of retail space, the Eaton Centre is known for its long, multi-level indoor mall layout, glass-roofed atrium, and extensive retail and dining mix.
