Engineering Link was retained by the University Health Network to carry out a condition assessment of the roofs on the various buildings of the Toronto General Hospital complex.
The purpose of the assessment was to identify the current condition of the existing roof assemblies, identify repairs to maintain the roofs in a state of good repair, and to develop a budget estimate for the repair work for inclusion in a 10-year capital plan.
