The 48-storey residential building was completed in 2011 and has experienced water leaks following rain events causing interior damage to many of its suites. An investigation was carried out of the curtain wall construction and of the waterproofing systems at the building’s many terraces. The cause of the water leaks was determined, and a recommended repair strategy was provided.
