Our performance verification programs are organized around three main areas of testing: whole building, walls, and roofs.
- Whole building: Air leakage testing for new construction and retrofits, enclosure vs operational tests, and guarded floor/zone testing where appropriate.
- Walls: Testing of windows, doors, skylights, air/water barriers, and interface details.
- Roofs: Verification of air/water barriers, wind uplift resistance, and post‑construction moisture surveys.
