The parking garage at 55 John Street, a 28-storey municipal office building in Toronto, underwent extensive repairs to address structural and waterproofing issues. The project involved partial slab replacement, concrete repairs, traffic deck coating renewal, ramp replacement, and lighting retrofitting, along with acoustic and vibration analysis to minimize demolition impact.
Brookfield Place Parking Garage
The Brookfield Place Parking Garage at 181 Bay Street, Toronto, underwent continuous repairs to maintain its structural integrity. The 655,000-square-foot facility, built with reinforced concrete, included repairing delaminated concrete, replacing drainage systems, fixing expansion joints, and localized waterproofing. The project included site reviews, design services, contract administration, and warranty inspections.
